Accor launches ALL Concierge, its conversational travel companion

End-to-end AI concierge rolls out

Accor is rolling out at scale its ALL Concierge, an AI assistant designed to guide guests across the entire journey.

The tool supports trip inspiration and hotel comparison, provides essential information on each property, manages bookings and offers real-time assistance.

Available on Accor’s website and the ALL Accor app, as well as third-party messaging platforms including WhatsApp and iMessage, the concierge operates around the clock and tailors responses to each guest.

Learning from more than one million customer conversations during a pilot that began in July 2025, the group says the system delivers answers in a few seconds and can hand over complex requests to a human agent when needed.

“Every great concierge remembers your name and anticipates what you need before you ask. For decades, that level of attention was the privilege of a few.

"Today, we are making it available to every guest, everywhere, at any hour. And yet, behind every exceptional stay, there will always be a person who cares.

"Our teams are the heart of Accor. What changes today is that they will have a companion just as tireless and attentive, freeing them to focus on what no technology will ever replicate: the human connection that makes hospitality truly memorable,” said Alix Boulnois, chief commercial, digital & tech officer at Accor.

The launch sits alongside “Butler”, an AI assistant for hotel teams that aims to simplify daily tasks. According to Accor, the tool gives staff instant access to information, guidance and recommendations, helping them deal with routine queries more efficiently so they can focus on more complex requests and guest-facing interactions.

Accor says new features will be added to ALL Concierge, including personalised activity and event recommendations and post-booking assistance. The service is available in 11 languages on the web and in four languages on the mobile app and messaging platforms (WhatsApp and iMessage).
