Hotelbeds agrees strategic distribution partnership deal with Louvre Hotel Group

Trade partners will be given access to preferential rates at operator’s 1,500 properties in 54 countries

Global bedbank Hotelbeds will provide trade partners preferential rates on Louvre Hotels after striking a new strategic partnership.

The Louvre Hotels Group’s portfolio consists of over 1,500 hotels in 54 countries worldwide, and accounts for over 100,000 available rooms.

This partnership gives the operator distribution via Hotelbeds’ network of over 60,000 travel trade buyers in 140 source markets.

Hotelbeds said its customers will be given access to preferential rates and availability from across the Louvre portfolio.

Hotelbeds’ travel trade buying partners will have access to the complete portfolio of six Louvre brands ranging from one to five stars properties, including: Première Classe, Campanile, Kyriad, Kyriad Direct, Tulip Inn, Golden Tulip and Royal Tulip.

As part of the agreement, Louvre will distribute hotel rooms through Hotelbeds’ two main sales channels: the Hotelbeds wholesaler and retail agent brand Bedsonline.

“Now, as the current restrictions on travel begin to ease I am certain that our 60,000 travel trade clients will be very excited to gain access to special rates and availability across Louvre’s full portfolio.”

Louvre Hotels Group is owned by Jin Jiang International Holdings, one of China’s leading travel and tourism conglomerates and the second largest hotel group in the world.

Louvre Hotels Group has launched Clean & Safe COVID-19 reassurance programme and implemented preventive measures through a charter of commitment.

The group has put in place a specific training program for all staff to ensure full compliance with the recommendations of the World Health Organization, governmental, and regional health agencies.

The group’s safety procedures are bring overseen by two health and safety protection experts; Mérieux Nutrisciences in France and NSF International worldwide.
