Technology start-up TrustedTrip will launch its travel reviews network at Travel Technology Europe.
Established to refine travel review data for the industry, the new software aims to provide verified reviews and improve the customer travel booking experience. It will serve as a unified source of review data for all types of travel, ranging from hotels and flights, to car hires and cruises.
Sunshine.co.uk co-founder and former managing director Chris Brown, co-founder and chief executive of TrustedTrip, said he hopes the product will help travel agents and travel service providers add content-rich and relevant data to their websites to improve sales conversion and unique SEO content.
TrustedTrip says companies will save time and money because they will not need to staff or develop their own review platform. In addition, companies should see reduced complaints, as they read genuine reviews, the start-up claimed.
The look and feel of the review content can be customised to each website’s needs, with a dashboard for the site administrator giving marketing insights based on customer feedback.
