HF Holidays’ customer service excellence recognised with Platinum Feefo status

Guided walking and activity holiday operator HF Holidays has been awarded Feefo Platinum Trusted Service status by the customer feedback platform.

The award was created as an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.

Trusted Service status is awarded only to businesses that use the Feefo system to collect genuine reviews and insights.

David Harrington, interim chief executive at HF Holidays said: “We are delighted to receive this award from Feefo as it’s based on the feedback of real customers and we value their feedback.

“It recognises how hard the we work to give all our customers exceptional holiday experiences and helps us continue to improve and hear our guests.  It’s a fantastic accolade to have been awarded and be recognised.”

Platinum Trusted Service status is awarded to firms that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years.

The Feefo Gold Trusted Service award recognises those who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year, and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5.
