Itinerary builder Inspirock announces raft of new partners for 2020

Japan Airlines, Brand USA and Visit Finland among client portfolio

Itinerary planner Inspirock has agreed a raft of new deals including one with its first airline partner and another with a leading Indian travel agency.

The firm, which was founded in 2012, has struck deals with Japan Airlines and SOTC, to provide their customers with a personalised, day-by-day itinerary building service.

Inspirock has also added destination marketing organisation clients Brand USA, Visit Finland, and Visit Colorado Springs to its portfolio of clients for 2020.

The firm’s integrated chatbot uses Artificial Intelligence to match customer preferences to over 80,000 destinations worldwide. The technology was built with tech giant IBM.

Anoop Goyal, co-founder of Inspirock, said: “We are thrilled to be entering 2020 with these established travel brands as new partners.

“Alongside our existing partners, we know these new launches will continue to show that our AI implementation is unparalleled, enabling us to increase engagement, efficiency and conversions for all our partners and to the delight of tourists around the world”.

Goyal added its clients benefit from lengthened web visit stays, repeat website visitation, and analytics tracking website visitors from inspiration to arrival in destination.

Under the partnership SOTC, one of India’s most well-established agencies, will enable its individual to rapidly design bespoke itineraries for customers and to respond to enquiries in minutes instead of hours or days.

Travellers will receive interactive itineraries and collaborate in real-time with agents to improve conversions, data collection, customer satisfaction and staff efficiency.

Inspirock has also created a consumer-facing lead generation website for SOTC, that provides a differentiated level of customer service and saves agents and customers from filling out static, depersonalised forms.

This functionality has been created for the travel agency vertical and will deployed to other global partners early in 2020.
