Fred Olsen Cruise Lines has driven £350,000 of additional revenue since deploying technology provider Zolv’s Full Picture call centre visual sales assistant with its agents.
The Leeds-based technology developer is showcasing its award-winning technology this week at Travel Technology Europe, the annual London-based trade show.

The impact of the technology on the cruise operator’s business, which also includes 75 additional bookings and 85% adoption rate among agents, has been promoted in a video Zolv has produced.
