Travel Counsellors for Business launches self-serve booking tool

Corporate clients can book their own travel via myTC Online dashboard

Travel Counsellors for Business has launched an online booking tool for corporate clients.

The digital booking platform is allows clients with their own corporate travel adviser to self-service on point-to-point itineraries including, hotels, rail, car hire, airfares and ancillaries.

The self-booking tool, myTC Online, has been developed in partnership with technology provider Vibe, which is also powering the service.

Individual Travel Counsellor business owners can offer their clients a corporate travel booking dashboard with a universal view of all bookings made visible to both the agent and client.

Bookings that require approval can also be viewed and accepted in the system.

The tool can be customised to each client, and configured to the hotels, rail and airline tickets and other travel products that fall within their company’s travel policy.

A company’s sustainable travel programme can also be integrated, customisable to display only products that support carbon reduction targets, and suggesting rail options alongside flights where applicable.

In 2023, Travel Counsellors for Business surpassed £250m in sales.
