Rail Europe grows distribution with Juniper integration

Sellers can diversify revenue this way

Rail Europe has grown its distribution of rail travel with a new integration with technology platform Juniper Travel Technology, offering European rail access to more agencies and OTAs.

The single API integration will see Juniper clients add European rail to their product mix and sees Rail Europe gain access to Juniper’s network of more than 550 clients.

Agencies also benefit from Rail Europe’s commercial support, commission structure and access to additional services, including group bookings.

"This integration with Juniper is a very concrete step in making rail easier to sell at scale," said Björn Bender, CEO of Rail Europe.

"By embedding European rail into one of the industry’s leading travel technology platforms, we are removing technical and operational barriers for agencies and OTAs, and enabling them to treat rail for what it already is: a core product, sold alongside flights and accommodation within the standard booking flow.”
