Rome2Rio partners with Mozio

Users gain access to 3,000 transport providers

Multimodal travel planner Rome2Rio has partnered with transport aggregator Mozio to expand its range of airport transfers and ground transport options.

The partnership expands Rome2Rio’s anywhere-to-anywhere transport coverage, with more than 3,000 Mozio transport partners added to its ecosystem.

The integration, which went live this week, means Mozio’s network of transport providers across 188 countries, 3,400 airports, and 3,100 cities integrates into Rome2Rio’s search flow.

Users can now search and book Mozio inventory ranging from shuttles, vans, and ferries to more unique options like helicopters, rickshaws, and water taxis via Rome2Rio.

Rome2Rio users can also access Mozio’s 24/7 customer service, multi-lingual support, and free online cancellation for 99% of bookings.

Wendy Olson-Killion, chief executive of Rome2Rio, said: “This partnership makes even more trips and transport types discoverable through Rome2Rio.

“By combining our multimodal reach with Mozio’s extensive transfer and mobility options through the last mile, we’re simplifying the world’s journeys in a way that has never been done before.

“Whether planning a train journey across Europe, a ferry ride in Southeast Asia, or a last-mile airport transfer in South America, travellers will now find more point-to-point solutions within the Rome2Rio platform.”

Nicole Kerr, chief executive of Mozio, said: “Rome2Rio is the go-to platform for global route discovery.

“By bringing our airport transfers and point-to-point ground transport options into their ecosystem, we’re making the world’s most comprehensive travel planner even more complete.”
