Brown Hotels eyes international growth with new partnership
SAS company and leading provider of hospitality revenue management software and services, IDeaS, is teaming up with Brown Hotels.
To advance its shift toward data-driven, strategic commercial decision-making, the international hotel group has deployed the IDeaS G3 Revenue Management System (RMS) across multiple properties, with additional rollouts planned in the coming months.
Brown Hotels is a Mediterranean lifestyle hospitality brand, with an international portfolio that spans Israel, Greece, Cyprus, and Croatia. From stylish city icons and boutique gems to sun-soaked resorts and nature escapes, every property carries the Brown signature blend of bold design, vibrant experiences, and authentic local character.
The company identified the need for a more advanced revenue management platform capable of delivering precise pricing, forecasting, and inventory control. IDeaS was selected for its proven accuracy, industry-leading reputation, and seamless integration with Brown Hotels’ existing tech stack.
Spiros Ioannou, CEO, Brown Hotels Greece, said: “We needed an RMS that would allow us to set rates based on accurate demand forecasts rather than relying on intuition. Since adopting the solution, the difference has been like night and day.
“Instead of spending 80% of our time exporting and processing static reports, we now work with dynamic dashboards that help us quickly identify gaps and manage by exception. It’s made our daily work far more strategic and meaningful.
“We selected IDeaS because it is such a well-established industry brand with an excellent reputation, and it has not disappointed.”
Since going live with initial property implementations, the group has seen marked improvements in forecast accuracy, room-type optimisation, and operational efficiency. In particular, superior room categories are being managed more proactively, resulting in measurable revenue uplift.
Ioannou added: “The implementation was smooth, with no issues. We received both online training and live virtual system delivery sessions, which helped answer questions and build confidence. Once we went live, it only took a few days to understand where the recommendations were coming from and how to explore the logic behind them. As with anything, practice has led to expertise.”
Michael McCartan, Area Vice President, EMEA at IDeaS, added: “We are proud to welcome Brown Hotels to the IDeaS client community. It’s a privilege to support Brown Hotels on this journey as they continue to grow and innovate in vibrant urban and resort markets.”
The partnership forms a key part of Brown Hotels’ wider commercial strategy. By enabling a more strategic approach to pricing and inventory management, IDeaS plays a central role in helping the group achieve its top-line objectives and long-term business growth.
