The goal is to reduce hesitation linked to potential portfolio-wide errors
PriceLabs launches Revenue Accelerator, shifting from dynamic pricing to full growth platform
PriceLabs unveils Revenue Accelerator as it looks beyond dynamic pricing. The update adds decision-support tools, proactive forecasting and performance reporting to cover the full revenue lifecycle, from listing visibility through to owner communications. The company says the solution is now available worldwide.
The release introduces several features for property managers. The AI-assisted Market-Driven Base Price Helper suggests a base price by evaluating a listing’s profile, amenities, reviews and quality signals to position it against local competitors. Group-Level Preview Prices let managers simulate pricing rules and see the impact at both listing and portfolio level before going live. Meanwhile, the Safety Minimum Price acts as an automated floor to protect margins, aiming to secure prices at least as good as the previous year.
Safely test bold strategies
PriceLabs says revenue teams want to pair automation with human judgement, set rules that reflect owner constraints and run tests. Revenue Accelerator is positioned as a decision-support system for making measured bets safely, while improving search visibility and planning performance in advance. Management adds that the goal is to reduce hesitation linked to potential portfolio-wide errors and to the challenge of aligning pricing strategy with growth objectives.
“We know that algorithms don't run property management companies; people do. Our algorithm is the smartest in the industry, but managers still want to balance market data against specific owner demands and aggressive growth targets. The Revenue Accelerator release gives them the ultimate decision-support system to safely test bold pricing strategies, improve their search visibility, and proactively plan their revenue so they can confidently delight and retain their clients,” said Richie Khandelwal, co-founder of PriceLabs.
Price optimisation alone won’t help if a listing fails to appear in search results. The enhanced Listing Optimizer now tracks Airbnb visibility over time against local competitors, linking content updates — from titles and descriptions to images — to ranking gains. Paired with the Min Stay Recommendation Engine, which analyses market behaviour to automatically flex stay rules, fill “orphan nights” and unlock hidden revenue, the package aims to capture bookings that pricing tweaks alone might miss. The approach is designed to strengthen both discoverability and occupancy, two complementary growth levers.
On the planning side, new forecasting and goal‑setting tools help identify potential revenue gaps early and adjust strategy before demand shifts hit performance. Revenue Estimator Pro produces projections using data from major booking platforms — useful when pitching to prospective owners. Finally, Owner Analytics uses AI to turn operational data into structured reports within moments, helping managers explain pricing decisions and demonstrate performance. Revenue Accelerator is available now to PriceLabs users globally.
