Collaboration to deliver a productivity boosting, AI-driven service

Focus Travel Partnership, the UK’s leading consortium for SME TMC’s, is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with advanced customer service platform Front. 

Following a unanimous endorsement from the Focus Innovation Group, the collaboration will bring a productivity boosting, AI driven, omnichannel communication platform helping to boost customer service delivery to Focus TMC Partners. Rollout is due to begin during Q3 2025.
