CWT Meetings & Events launches tools to improve delegate experience

A website building collaboration platform and a live chat service aims to streamline processes for event organisers 

Corporate events management firm CWT Meetings & Events has launched two digital services to assist planners improve the attendee experience. 

A collaboration tool aims to make event websites to be developed more easily and efficiently. And a chat support will deal with attendees looking for assistance.

CWT Meetings & Events said a well-designed website is vital to the success of any event, allowing the organiser to engage with attendees before, during, and after. 

The new tool was developed to make the design and build process less laborious by making collaboration easier and addressing challenges tracking and storing changes. 

The online website collaboration tool aims to streamlines the process enabling a client to look at a web page on their screen, mark up changes and share them with CWT. 

“Not only does this increase efficiency and create a better experience for the client, it also frees up time for CWT M&E’s web builders to be more creative and consultative,” said CWT.

During a pilot roll-out last year with one of CWT M&E’s global tech clients, the tool helped cut the time to build event websites by as much as 20%-30%.

The new chat service can be integrated into the event website, providing attendees with another channel to get assistance with their travel arrangements, registration, and other requests, as well as technical support for virtual and hybrid events.
