Boom raises $12.7 million led by Avenue Growth Partners
AI-powered property management system, Boom, has amassed $12.7 million in funding led by Avenue Growth Partners.
The funds raised will support expansion and new hiring as the company advances the development of next-generation agentic AI for the short-term rental (STR) and hospitality sectors.
The round also included participation from hospitality, real estate, and tech leaders including Ian Carter, the former CEO of Hilton International, Scott Srebnick, the CEO of Goldman Properties, and Gary Fatakov, Co-Founder of Siemplify, which was acquired by Google in 2022.
The new capital will enable Boom to expand into additional international markets, accelerate recruitment across engineering, data science, and customer success, as well as strengthen its go-to-market presence.
The raise will also accelerate innovation already underway and ensure Boom remains a trailblazing, long-term partner for property managers — giving them confidence that the platform will continue to innovate for years to come.
Boom’s AiPMS already places AI at the core of hospitality operations, moving routine workflows towards full autonomy by automating guest communications, operational task management, maintenance, review management, and financial processes.
The platform has delivered measurable results for property managers and operators worldwide — boosting conversion rates, increasing revenues, and freeing teams to focus on growth and owner relationships.
In fact, clients report that on average 80% of guest messages and inquiries are now handled by Boom’s AI, significantly reducing manual workload while improving response times.
It also provides operators with full transparency into business performance, with comprehensive reporting and business intelligence available instantly.
By addressing the biggest pain points for managers reliant on legacy systems — from poor reporting to the burden of juggling multiple disconnected tools — Boom ensures decision-making is faster, clearer, and more data-driven.
Shahar Goldboim, CEO and Founder of Boom, said: “Our mission is to take the heavy lifting out of property management so operators can deliver better guest experiences and build stronger businesses.
“Our agentic AI modules are already driving results today, and this raise will help us scale that impact — improving guest satisfaction, increasing profitability for managers, and giving them a better work-life balance.”
Brian Goldsmith, Co-Founder and Partner at Avenue Growth Partners, added:“Boom is creating a genuinely new category with its AI-first approach to hospitality operations. The team has already proven their platform can deliver immediate value, and their vision for agentic AI takes that potential even further.
“With operations already spanning 20 countries across five continents, Boom has demonstrated both global demand and the scalability of its platform.”
