Nina Herold to replace Fred Stratford as Reed & Mackay CEO

Navan Group to experience a changing of the guard
Navan, the all-in-one global travel and expense management platform, will welcome Nina Herold as CEO of Reed & Mackay, effective from October 2025.
Herold will replace Fred Stratford, who is due to retire after 13 years with the company. According to the company, to ensure a seamless transition, Herold will join Reed & Mackay at the start of August, before officially assuming the role in October.
