Clients of Juniper Travel Technology, the travel software specialist, can now subscribe directly to an outsourced service for automating hotel contract management provided by 24/7 Travel Partner Desk (247tpd).
The move gives distributors of hotel inventory a way to offload the time‑consuming task of turning contract terms into structured data on Juniper’s platform.
The service is built on the proprietary HERMES Travel Data Loading Platform (HERMES TDLP) and is positioned as a complement to Juniper’s AI Contract Builder.
It is designed to load existing contracts, structure and normalise data, validate and correct errors before ingestion, and migrate information from other platforms into Juniper.
“Automating travel data management is becoming increasingly important for our clients,” said Juan Mateos, chief executive of Juniper Travel Technology.
“While our AI Contract Builder already offers an AI‑based way to load contracts, 247tpd’s HERMES TDLP technology and service give clients the option to outsource that work to a partner with deep knowledge of our platform and the travel sector, while ensuring quality throughout the process.”
Juniper and 247tpd say their combined approach is intended to save time by cutting back on manual data entry for contract processing.
The partners also argue that adding this service helps address the fragmentation of formats, commercial terms and product catalogues that slows distribution.

247tpd, which is based in Cali, Colombia, has 15 years’ experience in travel business‑process outsourcing.
The service will be offered to Juniper’s international client community.
