Bailey Robinson relaunches website

Luxury tour operator Bailey Robinson is to overhaul its website following a 40% boost to its revenues in the past 12 months.


The new site – BaileyRobinson.com – will work alongside the company’s successful brochure distribution programme but act as portal for its 600 holidays in Africa, Indian subcontinent, Australasia, Europe and the Americas.


Bristol-based agency E3 Media has rebuilt the site and created a dedicated holiday finder system where users can select ideas for a trip – such as excursions, food, activities – before allowing Bailey Robinson staff to select an itinerary.


Managing director Rory Pilkington said: “In redesigning our website, we wanted to show the variety of holidays that Bailey Robinson represents, from eco luxury and beach trips through to safaris and tailor-made journeys.


“The idea is that customers get a taste of their ideal and often unique holiday online but can then totally pass over the responsibility for making it happen to Bailey Robinson.”
