Thomas Cook UK & Ireland has appointed Mike Hoban to the new role of director of marketing, brand and customer insight.
Hoban leaves his role as chief marketing officer at confused.com, having previously held senior marketing and customer insight positions at British Airways, WH Smith and Barclaycard.
He joins on October 1 and will be based at Thomas Cook’s Peterborough office. He will be responsible for all marketing across Thomas Cook’s brands as well as the company’s customer insight and research.
