The pair have created the CJ Feed Creator, designed to pick up-to-date information from travel suppliers’ sites and APIs and make it available to partners in an easily accessible format.
TUI Travel UK and Flybe have already signed to use the technology, which allows FusePump to gather information such as price, availability and star-ratings from a travel firm’s API or site. The information can then be accessed by affiliates, and filtered as required, via an interface from Commission Junction.
Commission Junction head of agency and international services Florian Gramshammer said travel firms have, until now, used solutions designed for the wider retail sector, meaning information is often inaccurate and out-of-date. He said the technology was easy to integrate.
FusePump has already begun working with affiliates including Shopping.com, Offer of the Day and Twenga to develop bespoke platforms.
