Travelport’s agency mobile app Trip Assist exceeds 50 customers worldwide
Travelport’s mobile app for agents Trip Assist has topped 50 clients worldwide.
Among partners recently signed up to use Trip Assist are CT Travel in the UK, Ezfl in Taiwan, Cisalpina Tours in Italy, and Top Viajes in Mexico.
Trip Assist was developed for travel agencies to help them drive traveller engagement, support travel program compliance and reduce service costs through improved experience.
Available for Apple and Android devices it includes smart itinerary management, day-of-travel assistance, click-to-call agent support and flexible messaging capabilities including rich push and Facebook Messenger.

According to Travelport’s 2018 global survey of 16,000 travellers, mobile engagement is crucial to both leisure (67%) and business (69%) travellers.
They survey found itinerary management tools as considered critical in providing a seamless experience from pre-trip to booking and to when they arrive home.
