Maho Group selects Cendyn to power resorts' revenue and loyalty growth

Caribbean resort company The Maho Group has announced a tie-up with hospitality technology specialist Cendyn to drive personalisation and revenue at two resort locations.
The deal will see Cendyn’s CRM, revenue management and business intelligence solutions utilized at Sonesta Ocean Point Resort and Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino and Spa in St. Maarten.
The Maho Group will use Cendyn’s CRM platform to gain insights into unique guest preferences, which can be used to tailor one-of-a-kind experiences to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
The CRM solution can automate, segment audiences and deliver real-time reporting on guest data.
Cendyn’s revenue management platforms Guestrev and Grouprev will help The Maho Group analyze revenue and profits across both resorts to optimize income with rules-based automation.
Guestrev will also provide demand forecasting and price recommendations to grow revenue based on the value of each casino player at the resorts, which will both benefit from access to property data and analytics driven by PowerBI’s revintel.
