KAYAK for Business expands European leadership with four senior appointments

Four appointments bolster European push

KAYAK has named two country leads in the UK and France alongside two global roles to accelerate growth of KAYAK for Business. The corporate travel platform, which sits within KAYAK and is part of Booking Holdings, is being positioned for faster expansion in key European markets following announcements in early March 2026.

Cédric Lefort has been appointed France Country Manager, K4B, while Tristan Hindley becomes UK Country Manager, K4B. In parallel, KAYAK has named Susan Lichtenstein as Senior Director, K4B Strategic Growth, and Laure Godfrin Kahra as Director, Account Management, K4B. The country leads will steer commercial growth and oversee go-to-market execution in their respective markets, working closely with global teams as the platform scales.

On the product side, KAYAK for Business brings together travel content from global distribution systems (GDS) and non-GDS sources, alongside low-cost carriers and direct API connections. It combines real-time policy controls with dynamic spend management in a consumer-grade experience built for corporate control and compliance.

"These appointments put experienced, locally rooted leaders at the centre of our UK and France expansion. Combined with the strength of our global teams, they will accelerate partner engagement and deliver tailored solutions at scale," said Eva Fouquet, senior vice-president, KAYAK for Business.

"We built KAYAK for Business to solve the daily challenges corporate travel managers face. It brings together comprehensive travel content - from GDS and non-GDS sources to low-cost carriers and direct APIs - with powerful real-time policy controls and dynamic spend management. All delivered in a consumer-grade experience built for corporate control and compliance," Fouquet added.

KAYAK for Business helps companies book, manage and track business travel and has gained global momentum, serving as the platform of choice for two of the top five firms on Business Travel News’ 2025 Corporate Travel Top 100. Building on strong consumer brand recognition in the UK and France, the new appointments are intended to speed international growth. The moves also follow the recent addition of an events planning capability within the platform, broadening its remit beyond core travel booking and management.

Lefort brings more than 25 years’ experience in digital transformation and commercial development across EMEA and global markets, including as Head of Corporate Travel at Sabre France and senior roles at BCD Travel and CWT. Hindley has more than 25 years in business travel and global account leadership, notably as Regional Sales Director, EMEA at ALTOUR and in senior roles across leading travel management companies.

On the global side, Lichtenstein, the founder of the Travel and Meeting Society and recognised three times among BTN’s 25 Most Influential Executives, will lead strategic growth. Godfrin Kahra, who built her career at Amadeus IT Group leading regional technology partner strategy and account management across the Americas and APAC and who also served in global commercial account roles for KAYAK, Microsoft and Tripadvisor, will head account management for K4B.
