InteleTravel unveils BusinessTravel.com, a booking and travel management platform designed for SMEs. The service combines AI and negotiated content drawn from the group’s recent acquisitions
InteleTravel launches BusinessTravel.com, a business travel platform for SMEs
InteleTravel aims to capitalise on its recent acquisitions. The Florida-based company is launching BusinessTravel.com, a booking and travel management platform dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises. The service brings together in a single environment the main needs of business travellers: searching and booking flights, hotels and cars, along with centralised oversight and assistance. The announcement follows a phase of acquisitions that provide the functional backbone and content for the offering. The stated aim is to simplify access to corporate rates, tracking tools and complementary services within a single interface.
The platform includes an embedded AI booking assistant to propose options tailored to travellers’ preferences. It also adds centralised reporting for companies, one‑click booking support and an AI‑supported chat box. BusinessTravel.com aggregates content from all of InteleTravel’s partners: the Hickory Global Partners consortium, acquired in 2023, contributes corporate rates and negotiated savings; MGME, acquired in 2024, provides the building blocks for meetings and event management; Tickitto opens access to events and experiences.
The ambition is to meet SMEs’ expectations around cost control, operational simplicity and access to negotiated terms without multiplying suppliers. “The platform is an imperative next step in our development as a travel distributor,” said InteleTravel CEO James Ferrara. “Through our continued growth in the past years, we are now able to create new resources for the corporate travel space that encompass all the companies under the InteleTravel umbrella.”
This launch comes amid accelerating adoption of tools that blend human support and AI‑driven automation in the business travel market. For SMEs, the challenge is to obtain consolidated visibility over spend and a more guided booking experience, while benefiting from consortium rates historically reserved for large corporates. By centralising booking, assistance and event management within a single portal, InteleTravel aims to reduce friction and enable all companies, including the smallest, to benefit from the synergies within its group.
