Terms and conditions of sale

Purpose

These terms govern the sale of subscriptions and access to the content offered on Travolution (test). Any subscription implies their full acceptance.

Account and registration

Creating an account (e-mail address) is required to access your personal area and subscribe. You can log in and log out at any time from your account.

Subscription and premium content

Some articles on Travolution (test) are reserved for subscribers. The subscription grants access to all premium content for its validity period.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online by card through our secure payment provider Stripe; Travolution (test) does not store your card details.

Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically at each term. You can cancel at any time from your account area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no refund for the month in progress.

Right of withdrawal

Under consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw. This right no longer applies once access to the digital content has begun with your express consent and waiver.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your personal area; this ends the current subscription and erases your data as set out in our privacy policy.

Liability

Travolution (test) does its best to ensure service availability but cannot be held liable for interruptions beyond its control.
