Entertainment systems company Quadriga and Philips Professional Display Solutions have completed a nationwide roll-out of guest entertainment solutions in more than 11,000 rooms for Novotel and ibis brands

The firms were asked by AccorHotels to install a unified standalone TV solution across 85 of its UK hotels. The ibis and Novotel properties required a content package of TV channels that met with the brand standards, while upgrading all the screens to EasySuite and MediaSuite models from Philips.

Quadriga offered a buy back option on old TVs, replacing them with high definition screens in a variety of sizes. The nationwide rollout took 18 months to complete.
