Mobile giant Nokia has bought travel social-network site Dopplr for an undisclosed sum as it seeks to develop its services for mobile users.
Dopplr allows users to share details of planned trips, set up meetings while away and suggest places to visit, stay and eat. Nokia told the Financial Times it had paid “a fraction” of the $15 million reported on technology blog Techcrunch.
