Thomas Cook Group Airlines’ former IT director is to head Flybe’s digital strategy.
Peter Hauptvogel has been named as chief information officer for the UK regional airline.

He will lead the IT function and play a “critical role” in building an IT platform and digital strategy, according to the carrier.
Hauptvogel joins Flybe on March 1 at its base in Exeter reporting to new chief executive Christine Ourmieres-Widener.
His career includes time at Air Berlin as chief information officer.
