DailAFlight’s parent company Lotus Group has confirmed that it is “instituting legal proceedings against Flight Centre (UK) Ltd for infringement of its DialAFlight trademark on Google.
In a short statement issued late Thursday, a Lotus spokesman said: “[Flight Centre UK]has been warned in the past about trying to piggyback on our reputation and we are prepared to go to great lengths to protect our trademark.”
