Intellivisa is setting out to simplify travel paperwork. The American start-up has raised $3 million (€2.68 million) in a pre-seed round, which it plans to channel into developing its agentic AI platform for managing visas, electronic authorisations and compliance requirements.

The platform, according to the company, handles the end-to-end process: identifying requirements, verifying documents, completing forms, taking payments and submitting applications.

Travellers typically either try to navigate the requirements themselves or pay a premium to an agency to do it for them.

"Neither option is ideal, and both are full of friction," said Sudeepa Singh.

"Intellivisa replaces that guesswork, paperwork and manual work with AI agents built directly into the travel experience."

The company aims to embed its solution in airlines’ post-booking flows as a compliance layer between the reservation and the final travel authorisation.

"This round takes us beyond visa processing and toward full-stack clearance. Our goal is to make Intellivisa the step no traveler skips before boarding, so every traveler arrives at the airport already cleared," Singh added.
