Oliver’s Travels ‘bucks market trend’ with Sunday Times Fast Track listing

Total Management Group and HalalBooking also make list

Holiday rental firm Oliver’s Travels has had its success marked by inclusion in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 league.

The table is a ranking of Britain’s private companies with the fastest growing sales.

The firm, which has 55 staff and over 5,000 holiday homes on its books, was one of only three travel brands to make the list, the others being Total Management Group and HalalBooking.

Oliver’s Travels has seen an annual sales increase of 41% last year with over £24 million in sales. Around 30% of sales was generated from customers overseas.

The firm was founded by Oliver Bell and Ravi Sabharwal in 2003. Bell said: “2019 has gone down as a bit of an ‘annus horribilis’ for the travel sector with the demise of Thomas Cook and LateRooms.com but we’ve noticed that many of the specialist providers are bucking this trend as more customers move towards niche travel services in search of more experience-focused travel.

“We would also like to congratulate the other two travel brands Total Management Group and HalalBooking for their inclusion in the list.”

Oliver’s Travels offers properties to rent in the UK and Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Turkey, Montenegro, Morocco, Bali, Thailand, Florida, the Caribbean and more.

It places a focus is on quirky, lavish, one-of-a-kind places to stay including villas, châteaux, castles, stately homes, beach huts, hobbit houses, ski chalets and cottages.
