Personalised insurance cover provider Setoo will provide customers of lastminute.com parent lm group with policies after agreeing a commercial deal.
Setoo says its insurance products are “innovative and easy-to-use” and require no claims processes and deliver immediate compensation.
Customised policies will be available in UK, France, Italy, Spain and Germany, protecting themselves against flight delays.
Setoo said there are plans to expand the product range to include risks relating to weather and missed flight connections.
The partners said the tie-up will “empower lm group to offer super targeted, personalised and transparent protections that drive conversions”.
