City Sightseeing, the leading open-top double decker 

Bus, boat and walking tour company City Sightseeing has announed it has appointed TripAdmit as its global digital tipping software partner. 

TipDirect, the  digital tipping platform powered by TripAdmit, will be offered across the City Sightseeing Group in over 100 cities around the world.

TipDirect will provide a secure and cashless way for guests to express appreciation to their guide or driver for an enjoyable experience. 

Guests will now be able to tip guides directly from their mobile devices by tapping a card or scanning a QR code. 

TipDirect’s generative AI automation will also assist them to generate a personalised review.

City Sightseeing Worldwide are said to be "delighted" to announce TripAdmit as their digital tipping software partner. 

The firm is confident TipDirect will enhance the overall experience for City Sightseeing guests around the world and make it easy for their guides and drivers to create even greater tours and experiences.

City Sightseeing will also be available to upsell other tours they may offer and look to increase their social media following with the new Social Connect functionality of TipDirect.
