point.me rolls out white-label loyalty programmes with Gateway

White‑label loyalty programmes in 60 days

Loyalty is set to pay even more. point.me, the platform specialised in searching and using points and miles, has unveiled Gateway, a B2B solution embedded directly into a partner’s app or website in that partner’s own branding.

The white‑label platform lets users search award travel, choose between paying with points or cash, transfer points and book flights, hotels and experiences. It also gives partners full visibility of transactions and user behaviour across the service.

The operator says it aims to tackle the complexity and long lead times that make loyalty programmes hard to stand up.

The company, founded in 2022, claims its white‑label integration can go live in just 60 days and promises a straightforward user experience.

“People pick a card or join a program because they want the trip,” said Adam Morvitz, founder and CEO of point.me.

“Then they reach the part where they actually have to use the points, and it is confusing enough that most people never do. Gateway makes that part easy, inside the bank or program the customer already uses. When redeeming is simple, people use what they earned, and the rewards they signed up for finally show up as real trips.”
