Transfeero introduces new B2B solution for hotel transfer management

Hotellerie allows for centralised operations

Mobility firm Transfeero has announced the launch of Hotellerie, its new B2B solution designed to support hotels, resorts and hotel groups in managing its guests’ transfers.

Through a dedicated platform, front desk and concierge teams can book and monitor rides, as well as manage itineraries, payments and passenger information within a single operational environment. 

The service enables hospitality providers to expand the range of services available to guests and generate additional revenue through a commission on every completed transfer.

Joining the programme is free and involves no activation fees, exclusivity obligations or minimum booking volumes. The solution is therefore accessible to both independent properties and hotel groups operating across multiple destinations.

It has many features including booking a transfer on behalf of a guest; search for a booking by guest, date, address or reference; check the itinerary, vehicle class, price and payment status; and download and share the voucher with the guests.

Hotels can also choose the payment method that best suits their internal procedures. Guests can pay Transfeero directly, or the hotel can settle the cost centrally and subsequently charge it to the guest.

The new tool introduces a model designed to create financial value from the service. For every transfer completed through the partner account, the property receives a commission, which can be viewed directly in the dashboard and is paid monthly.
