Radisson sets out global B2B long-stay proposition

Group standardises B2B long-stay bookings

Radisson Hotel Group has unveiled “Long Stays by Radisson Hotels”, a cross-portfolio commercial framework that brings together long-stay offers from participating hotels, particularly those with apartment-style units.

The move aims to tap growing demand for accommodation beyond traditional transient stays, while promising consistency of service, comfort and flexibility for travellers.

At its core is a structured commercial model featuring tiered pricing by length of stay, standardised booking conditions and aligned commission structures across participating properties.

Access runs through the channels companies and intermediaries already use, notably global distribution systems (GDS) and existing corporate agreements.

On the operations side, the long-stay journey includes a dedicated hotel contact, personalised pre‑arrival planning, flexible housekeeping and in‑room amenities designed for extended use. Radisson Rewards adds a further incentive with an extra 20% in points on eligible bookings made or organised by bookers and planners.

The Group said it is responding to shifting corporate travel needs across international assignments, infrastructure projects, consulting engagements, healthcare placements and workforce mobility, where businesses require more flexible solutions than conventional hotel stays.

“By combining structured commercial terms with a consistent guest experience, we're making it easier to win and service long-stay business at scale, while strengthening customer loyalty,” said Gianni Di Fede, chief commercial officer at Radisson Hotel Group.

Standardising terms and leaning on established distribution is intended to simplify purchasing, speed up responses and improve conversion on higher‑value requests.

The ambition is to increase average length of stay and deepen relationships with TMCs, relocation companies and corporate buyers, without reverting to case‑by‑case negotiation.

The challenge now lies in delivering a consistent experience at international scale, across markets with different regulations and expectations.

Rather than launching a separate brand, Radisson is packaging extended stay across its portfolio, betting on scale effects and simpler processes to capture growth in cities such as Dubai, Riyadh, Zurich and Amsterdam, which it highlights as strong-demand markets.

“Long Stays by Radisson Hotels gives our partners a simpler and more competitive way to access this growing market,” Di Fede said.

Announced in Brussels and available now across participating hotels, the proposition covers EMEA and APAC within Radisson Hotel Group’s wider portfolio, which spans more than 1,600 hotels in over 100 countries in operation and under development.
