HBX Group delivers newly optimised Bedsonline booking engine

New AI-designed version is first of many enhancement roll outs

HBX Group has announced a new iteration of its retail solution, having optimised the Bedsonline Booking engine with AI.

The "transformed" tool is built to help travel advisors work faster, sell with greater confidence, and offer a smoother experience to their clients.

The company said it is moving beyond its role as a "traditional booking engine and introducing intelligence directly into the booking journey".

The integration of artificial intelligence into the platform’s operating layer is what the group believes is the key distinguisher here.

Bedsonline now analyses booking intent and performance signals to guide agents toward more relevant choices, for searches to become more intuitive, product suggestions smarter, and the time needed to compare options is significantly reduced.

Alongside this intelligence upgrade, Bedsonline is releasing several enhancements, available on the latest AI B2B platform available in the market:

“With this new version of Bedsonline, we’re giving travel advisors smarter tools that help them save time, increase value, and deliver a better experience to their clients, taking advantage of the benefits of AI without losing the personal expertise that sets each one of them apart”, said David Amsellem, chief distribution officer of HBX Group.

“This is the beginning of the 2026 transformation that puts intelligence at the heart of every search, every comparison, and every booking.”

This news it said to mark the start of a "broader" 2026 roadmap in which Bedsonline will roll out enhancements across search, cross selling, suggestions and decision support tools.
