eviivo partners with Key Data Dashboard

It will enhance data analytics for holiday property managers

Property and booking management platform eviivo has announced its platform integration with Key Data Dashboard, a provider of data analytics and benchmarking for the holiday rental industry. 

The partnership will see eviivo’s property managers have access to tools to optimise their operations, improve revenue management, and gain deeper insights into market trends.

Features will include seamless data integration with property booking data from eviivo with Key Data Dashboard and real-time updates.

Advanced analytics and reporting will see clients gain access to tools that provide a comprehensive overview of property performance, including occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).

Customisable reports will be tailored to specific business needs, helping property managers make informed decisions based on accurate data.

Market benchmarking with compeition analysis and trend identification will be another feature of the partnership.

The integration will also see data driven insights develop pricing strategies that maximise revenue and occupancy, while forecasting tools are available to predict future demand that optimises booking windows.

The combined platform will have a single interface. Users will be able to set up customisable alerts to notify managers of changes in market conditions and property performance.
