TravelComms software tipped to enhance luxury travel experience

Two luxury travel brands have signed a deal with technology provider d-flo to use its TravelComms software for customer travel communications.

Portman Travel Group brands Elegant Resorts and If Only have chosen the London-based firm to manage their customer communications.

D-flo technology has been designed specifically for the companies in order to improve communications with customers before, during and after their holidays.

The company says ‘more enriched, informative and personalised’ communications will be offered via its TravelComms app and other online and offline channels.

The travel firms expect to make operational efficiencies, lower costs and increase brand loyalty though the tie-up.
