Hotel chain is using solutions to streamline its guests' interactions

French hospitality AI SuperApp start-up Quicktext has announced a strategic partnership with Charmillion Hotels and Resorts, a hospitality brand in Sharm El Sheikh.

Charmillion Hotels and Resorts has selected Velma, Quicktext’s AI technology, to streamline its guests’ interactions, adding value to the communication processes at every step, "ensuring unparalleled service and satisfaction", which is said to a promise of the Egyptian brand.

Velma, the global AI virtual assistant for hotels, is based on Q-Brain+, the hybridisation of classic conversational AI and generative AI to provide multiple best-of-class AI solutions including optimise sales, content, and marketing (Q-Sales, Q-SEO, Q-Dynamic), structure and augment hotels’ data (Q-Data & Q-Channel) as well as supply data for business intelligence (Q-BI).
