AltoVita makes two key appointments to its female leadership team

Corporate accommodation platform proud to be supporting women in travel

Corporate accommodation platform AltoVita has strengthened its female-led leadership team with two senior appointments.

Jessica Land becomes head of client partnership to lead its expansion in global mobility and business travel and Tara Scrivener has been appointed as global accounts manager.

The housing platform has developed enterprise software for the corporate accommodation sector that verifies properties based on a number of factors including sustainability.

AltoVita, which has a network of one million properties worldwide, is led by female co-founders Vivi Cahyadi Himmel, chief executive, and Karolina Saviova, chief operating officer.

In 2021, the company promoted Caroline Boyle to vice president of product customer success, part of the leadership team’s commitment to promoting from within and hired Ashley Jacobs as vice president of marketing to lead the company’s internal and external brand and communications.

Land said: “I am honoured that Vivi and Karolina have empowered me to spearhead the global business development team.  AltoVita’s leadership team has trusted my flexible routine to support raising a young family.

“At a time when many parents are obliged to take a step back in their career, AltoVita has supported me with the opportunity to develop.”

Scrivener added: “AltoVita’s dedication to delivering excellence for its customers on a daily basis is inspiring, and I am so proud to be part of the fantastic international team.

“The plan to grow the client partnership and account management team by 300% year-on-year strengthens our position to expand our mutually beneficial partnerships across both global mobility and business travel.”

Vivi Cahyadi Himmel, chief executive and co-founder at AltoVita, said: “All around the world, women are doing wonders in technology and I’m so proud AltoVita is part of that movement.

“We are proud of our DEI culture and we are committed to cultivating career development for our female leaders via the Promote From Within program, mentorship, and family support.

“Our smart, safe and sustainable approach is what sets AltoVita apart and I look forward to enriching our diverse and globally dispersed team with more talent hires to support our future success.”

The appointment comes as AltoVita receives a 2022 Partner in Quality Award from WHR Group.

WHR is a global employee relocation management company, known for its white-glove service delivery and for relocating thousands of its clients’ transferees worldwide.
