HotelPlanner’s latest acquisition expands its reach in sports team travel, event housing and university travel
HotelPlanner acquires Lucid Travel to cement new market growth
Hotel booking platform HotelPlanner has announced the acquisition of travel management software company Lucid Travel.
The acquired firm serves universities, sports teams, and event directors, which are “core” business segments and growth areas for HotelPlanner.
Founded in 2018, the company’s software is currently used by more than 150 universities and 10,000+ teams.
HotelPlanner will integrate Lucid’s suite of software products to the HotelPlanner platform to aid conversion and to automate manual tasks improving operation efficiencies.
