Real-time pricing to lift RevPAR
ampliphi, an AI-powered revenue management specialist, now integrates with Stayntouch’s cloud-native PMS. The move targets a clear need among independent hotels keen to move beyond largely manual pricing. The integration enables automated, real-time pricing directly within Stayntouch PMS, with the aim of improving revenue per available room. It is available immediately and is also aimed at hotel groups and management companies that want to run revenue management across multiple properties without adding another layer of tools disconnected from the hotel’s core system.
An integration designed to speed up pricing decisions
The integration allows ampliphi to analyse demand and push optimised rates directly into Stayntouch PMS with no manual intervention. The issue is not only analytical but operational: teams no longer need to juggle exports, copy‑and‑paste actions and duplicate data entry across multiple interfaces. According to the partners, this should shorten reaction times when demand shifts. For properties without a dedicated revenue team or large staff, automating adjustments directly in the PMS changes the scale of pricing decisions and makes them more actionable day to day.
The partnership addresses a persistent constraint in the sector. In many independent hotels, revenue management still depends on spreadsheets, manual checks and repetitive tasks, creating a lag between market signals and the prices actually applied. By bringing artificial intelligence into the heart of the PMS, ampliphi and Stayntouch aim to cut this latency and make pricing strategy more coherent. The benefit is twofold: better protecting revenue when demand accelerates, and giving teams back time for higher‑value work, whether that is guest relations, commercial planning or analysis.
The collaboration initially covers independent hotels, hotel groups and management companies running on Stayntouch. It also fits into a broader push. “Our partner ecosystem exists to give hoteliers more choice and better outcomes,” said Casey Ward, Partnerships Manager at Stayntouch. “Together we’re making it easier for hotels to price smarter and act faster, without adding complexity for their teams.”
Stayntouch is also highlighting, in parallel, the launch of an AI‑powered guest messaging tool, signalling a desire to extend the use of artificial intelligence beyond pricing alone. For its part, ampliphi positions itself as a provider that can deliver revenue management performance to organisations that may not have the resources or structure of a large group.
