Former Blacklane executive Jason Dunderdale joins leadership team
TBR appoints first Chief Revenue Officer as company enters next phase of growth
TBR Global Chauffeuring, a global leader in premium ground transportation, has appointed Jason Dunderdale as its first Chief Revenue Officer, a newly created role responsible for leading the company's global commercial strategy and driving its next phase of growth.
Reporting to Group CEO Craig Chambers, Dunderdale will bring together and lead sales, account management and revenue operations, while helping align the company's commercial strategy, customer growth and market development activities. The role has been created as TBR continues to expand internationally and responds to growing demand from multinational organisations seeking greater consistency, visibility and control across their ground transportation programmes.
Dunderdale joins TBR from Blacklane where he was Global Director of Sales. He has also held senior sales positions at FCM Travel and Freenow, building relationships and experience across corporate travel, ride-hailing and premium chauffeur services.
His background spans multiple areas of the ground transportation market and comes at a time when corporate buyers are placing greater focus on ground transportation as a managed category alongside air, hotel and rail.
“Ground transportation is becoming increasingly important within corporate travel programmes as organisations seek greater consistency across regions and suppliers,” said Dunderdale.
“Companies increasingly expect the same standards, visibility and accountability from their ground transportation providers that they receive from other parts of their travel programme. TBR has built an outstanding reputation for service and delivery, and I am excited about the opportunity to help drive the next stage of growth,” he said.
Group CEO Chambers said the creation of the Chief Revenue Officer role reflects the company’s ambitions for the years ahead. “TBR has built its reputation through service, operational excellence and long-term customer relationships,” he said.
“As we continue to grow, bringing our commercial teams together under a single leader has become a strategic priority. Jason brings deep expertise across corporate travel, ride-hailing and premium chauffeuring. He understands our industry, our customers, and the opportunities ahead,” he added.
Dunderdale’s appointment follows TBR’s acquisition by Lyft and reflects the company’s continued investment in leadership, commercial capability and long-term growth.
TBR operates across six continents, serving corporate customers, financial institutions, travel management companies and major global events. The company believes demand for premium managed ground transportation will continue to grow as organisations place greater emphasis on traveller experience, duty of care, service consistency and programme visibility.
