Take2Eton announces two new strategic leadership appointments

New Group Head of Technology joins firm

Take2Eton Group has announced two strategic leadership appointments to support the transatlantic boutique travel management company’s continued growth and investment in delivering premium personal service combined with advanced AI-led technology.

Kelly O’Sullivan joins the business in the newly created role of group head of technology. Her experience in the business travel industry spans more than 25 years across technology, operations and product support roles.

Most recently, she served as Global Product & Support Manager at Wings Travel Management.

Her career also includes seven years at Business Travel Direct (BTD) as head of technical operations, followed by three years at Reed & Mackay, following its acquisition of BTD, where she progressed from manager, technical operations to global head of product for content and consumer.

At Take2Eton, O’Sullivan will oversee the TMC’s IT department, business intelligence team, product team, and technology implementation teams, ensuring the effective integration of systems, processes and workflows.

She will also focus on enhancing Take2Eton’s technology ecosystem, including the introduction of further AI-driven developments to strengthen the company’s service offering.

Leann Forrest has been promoted to global head of operations, having previously served as operations manager.

Her experience in business travel operations spans 30 years, beginning with roles as a business travel consultant at BTD and Chambers Travel Management.

In 2003, she joined Eton Travel Group as a travel consultant and progressed through a series of senior positions, including Senior Business Travel Consultant, Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Manager. She continued in the latter role following Eton’s acquisition by Take Two Travel Solutions in 2022, which rebranded as Take2Eton Group in 2025.

In her new role, Forrest will lead a business travel operations team of consultants across both sides of the Atlantic, as well as the company’s out-of-hours team and UK-based leisure travel consultants.

Chris Thelen, CEO of Take2Eton Group, said: “I am delighted to welcome Kelly to Take2Eton and to congratulate Leann on her expanded role. This is a very exciting time for the business as we continue our growth trajectory and invest further in technology, AI and our people.

"Both Kelly and Leann bring exceptional experience and expertise in their respective fields, and their leadership will further strengthen the premium travel management services we deliver to our clients.”

O’Sullivan said: “I am excited to join Take2Eton and be part of the company’s continued growth. We have a clear focus on enhancing our technology platform, investing in AI, and ensuring our technology remains agile, innovative and aligned with the needs of our clients and consultants.

"I look forward to applying my experience across implementation, operations, product and technology to help drive collaboration and innovation across the business.”

Forrest added: “I am proud to take on the role of Global Head of Operations. I am passionate about continually improving our operational processes and building an even stronger transatlantic team to ensure we continue delivering the personal service for which Take2Eton is renowned.

"The longevity and expertise of our team are exceptional, with consultants averaging 15 years of industry experience.

"While our technology and AI developments are exciting and will enhance efficiency, they will never replace the human touch and premium service that our clients value.”
