Vacation-rental PMS unicorn adds three leaders
Hostaway strengthens leadership to support global growth
Hostaway has strengthened its leadership team with three strategic executive appointments as it prepares its next phase of global expansion.
Robert Goldenberg joins as chief financial officer to lead finance and strategy; Janis Rozenblats becomes chief product officer to drive product innovation and embed AI; and Darcy Kurtz arrives as chief marketing officer to accelerate brand growth.
The move follows a landmark 2025 in which the company became the first vacation rental management software unicorn and comes as it continues to scale a fully remote team across 55 countries.
Goldenberg will oversee global finance and accounting, bringing more than a decade of CFO experience in high-growth enterprise SaaS after an earlier 15-year career in investment banking.
"Hostaway is a category-leading business with a tremendous opportunity ahead," Goldenberg said.
"I'm looking forward to building the financial foundations that will support the company's next stage of growth."
Rozenblats, who founded and scaled email marketing platform Mailigen before joining Pipedrive as vice-president of product during its rise to unicorn status, most recently led product at Aerones, an AI-powered robotics platform in the wind energy sector.
His remit is to make Hostaway’s product indispensable to operators’ daily work and to embed AI across every stage of the workflow.
Kurtz brings more than 25 years’ experience leading marketing organisations at WP Engine and BentoBox as CMO, and in senior roles at Mailchimp, Sage, OutSystems and Dell, and will steer the company’s global marketing strategy and brand.
"2025 was a landmark year for Hostaway as we became the first vacation rental property management software unicorn.
"As we continue to scale globally, we're building a leadership team with deep experience growing world-class SaaS businesses.
"Darcy, Robert and Janis each bring exceptional expertise that will help shape our next phase of growth, particularly as we continue embedding AI throughout the operator experience, accelerating product innovation and expanding our global footprint," said Marcus Räder, co-founder and chief executive.
The announcement follows the recent launch of AI CoHost, Hostaway’s purpose-built AI partner designed to automate execution and surface actionable insights so property managers can run smarter businesses and scale faster.
