Navan launches unified platform for corporate events

The business travel specialist has launched Navan Events, an all-in-one solution for meetings and corporate events. The tool centralises venue sourcing, hotel RFPs, attendee registration, travel management and spend analytics. The move comes as organisations look to simplify processes that remain largely manual. Navan presents the offer as an extension of its venue planning and sourcing capabilities announced earlier this year, and says it targets everything from small team offsites to large-scale customer conferences.

The platform provides end-to-end management within a single interface. Administrators can track approval flows, forecast budgets and monitor per-attendee spend on travel. An AI-powered assistant supports supplier discovery and negotiations to accelerate planning. Navan says a dedicated meetings and events team is available to help select partners, support contract negotiations and, where required, deliver on-site management. The aim is to give organisers continuity between travel booking, event logistics and financial reporting.

Navan is addressing familiar MICE pain points: disparate tools and the difficulty of enforcing internal policies. By unifying sourcing, travel and budget tracking, the company says it wants to cut time spent on manual tasks, strengthen compliance and improve financial visibility. It also aims to bring event management up to the standards already expected in managed business travel, in order to better measure costs, attendance and return on investment for internal or client events.

Navan Events follows the integration of BoomPop in February 2026. The solution is available in the United States from today, with rollout to the UK and Europe this week before expansion to other markets.
