Mews integrates SiteMinder’s hotel distribution platform into its operating system

Industry’s first fully integrated distribution

At the seventh edition of Mews Unfold in Amsterdam, Mews, the hospitality operating system, and SiteMinder, the leading hotel commerce platform, announced the launch of the industry’s first fully integrated native distribution solution. Called “Mews Channel Manager powered by SiteMinder”, the innovation redefines how hotels manage their global visibility and day-to-day operations.

SiteMinder’s distribution capability will be embedded directly at the heart of the Mews Operating System. The partnership is built on deep, API-level collaboration. For hoteliers, it means they can access the world’s largest distribution network without leaving the platform they use to run their property. Rates, availability, inventory and content are now centralised in one place. Changes made in Mews are reflected instantly across all connected channels, ensuring full consistency with no lag or synchronisation errors.

“When something is already the best in the world, we don’t try to rebuild it. SiteMinder is the best at distribution. Our job is to bring what hotels need into one place, with AI working across every layer. For hotels, the result is simple: one operating system, one contract, one place to manage everything from how guests find you to how your property runs. It’s pricing, distribution and performance all in one place,” says Richard Valtr, Founder of Mews.

SiteMinder estimates, according to its own research, that 65% of hoteliers believe faster, better-integrated systems could unlock at least 6% in additional annual revenue. Today, nearly 3,000 hotels already use Mews and SiteMinder side by side. Over the coming months, those properties will migrate to the new Mews Channel Manager to benefit from this unified management.
