Majority interest closes; independence maintained

DerbySoft Group has formally joined Juniper Group’s portfolio following the completion of the majority investment, which also covers PKFARE. The company, a specialist in high‑performance connectivity and distribution for the travel industry, will continue to operate independently under its existing leadership team led by Ted Zhang as chief executive. Juniper Group, which operates within Vela Software and sits under Constellation Software Inc., strengthens its travel technology footprint with the deal, particularly across the U.S. and Asia.

DerbySoft will retain its organisation and product roadmap while aligning with Constellation Software’s established financial and operational standards. Its platform spans connectivity between hotel companies and distributors, AI‑driven marketing and content solutions.
