From first enquiry to confirmed booking
Canary Technologies has unveiled its Agentic Sales Coordinator, an AI tool designed to orchestrate end-to-end hotel sales workflows for groups and events. The solution handles the journey from initial contact to a confirmed reservation, aiming to capture more revenue from the pipeline hotels already generate and to improve the quality of opportunities. Announced from San Francisco, the move sits within the US company’s strategy to dedicate agentic AI to hospitality use cases.
The Agentic Sales Coordinator works every request as it arrives, qualifies leads and steers exchanges through to completion. Built on Canary AI, the company’s platform developed specifically for hospitality, it complements a portfolio that already includes modules such as AI Voice, AI Contracts, AI Webchat and AI Guest Messaging. The company highlights autonomous orchestration of repetitive tasks and says sales teams can maintain the client relationship while shedding administrative work. The tool is intended to increase the volume of leads handled and improve response speed.
Higher-quality opportunities and more time
According to Canary, hotel sales teams face a flood of poorly qualified opportunities, too little time to assess them and a lack of reliable tools to prioritise. The result is late responses, missed leads and many hours spent on tasks that pull teams away from negotiating. By automating qualification and follow-up, the company aims to free up time for relationship-building, improve conversion and secure more revenue in the groups and events market, where speed of handling is critical.
"Hotel sales has always been a relationship business, but too much of the day gets lost to the work that surrounds it," said Harman Singh Narula, Co-Founder and CEO, Canary Technologies. "The Agentic Sales Coordinator changes that, delivering more leads, higher-quality opportunities and the time to pursue them — a combination that closes more deals."
Canary Technologies equips more than 20,000 hotels in over 100 countries, including groups such as Marriott International, Four Seasons, Choice Hotels, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, BWH Hotels and Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG). The company will present the Agentic Sales Coordinator officially this week in San Antonio.
