Travel talent portal launched by C&M Recruitment to support redundant staff

Advice on mental health and wellbeing, CVs, LinkedIn and interviews offered for free

C&M Travel Recruitment has launched an outplacement tool to help travel companies support their recently or soon to be made redundant staff.

The recruitment firm has created the Talenteering Portal in an effort to assist the many travel companies and employees currently experiencing challenging times through no fault of their own, and is offering it free to all current clients.

Featuring information, advice, videos and guidance regarding various aspects of redundancy, C&M’s portal will help employees in areas such as wellbeing, confidence and mental health, tips about CVs, LinkedIn and future job interviews.

Barbara Kolosinska, director at C&M Travel Recruitment and C&M Executive Recruitment, said: “We all know how badly the ongoing pandemic has affected our industry, with many travel companies left with no option but to make good employees redundant.
